Pet Policy

Pets are allowed IF accepted at the premises and with permission from landlord with a One Hundred & Fifty Dollar ($150.00) Non-Refundable fee per pet that is due before move in. A limit of two pets per unit, along with being charged a monthly fee of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25) per pet that is due on the 1st of each month with rent. Only one pet is allowed in one-bedroom units. No aggressive breeds are allowed. Only pets under 50 lbs will be considered. Tenants will also have to provide updated vet records and fill out the Pet Addendum Form upon signing Lease. Pets that reside on the property without consent of the Landlord will be charged a fine per day until deposit and fees are paid in full or the pet is removed from the premises. The Tenant agrees that pet sitting, whether for compensation or otherwise, is strictly prohibited within the leased property. The Tenant shall not invite or permit any individual, including guests, to bring pets for temporary care, boarding, or any other purposes onto the premises. In the event that the Tenant violates this provision by engaging in pet sitting activities within the lease property, the Landlord reserves the right to impose a fine as a consequence. The fine for such a violation will be determined by the Landlord and shall be in addition to any other remedies or actions available to the Landlord under this Lease Agreement. “Pets” does not include animals trained to serve the handicapped, such as seeing-eye dogs, hearing dogs, or service dogs. These animals may be housed on the premises so long as they are in the direct service of those they were trained to serve and so long as Landlord is notified in advance in writing of the circumstances
